J. Christensen, Shareholder and Founder
Mr. Christensen is a graduate of the University of
Minnesota (Bachelor of Business Science, with
distinction, 1975) and William Mitchell College of Law
(J.D., 1979). Mr. Christensen's bar admission's include
the Minnesota Bar (1979), U.S. District Court (1979), U.
S. Tax Court (1980) and the Wisconsin Bar (1996). Mr.
Christensen was certified as a real property law
specialist in 2002. His field of practice includes
commercial and residential real estate development,
purchase/sale and financing transactions and commercial
leasing; business law, including business organizations,
mergers and acquisitions, contracts and related matters,
transportation/motor carrier law,
and estate planning. |

Robert P. Laue, Shareholder and Managing Partner
Mr. Laue is a graduate of St. John's University
(Bachelor of Science, Government, 1983) and William
Mitchell College of Law (J.D., 1986). Mr. Laue was
admitted as a member of the Minnesota Bar in 1986, and
the U. S. District Court, District of Minnesota, in
1988. Mr. Laue's field of practice includes estate
planning, trust work and probate; real estate including
purchase/sale and financing transactions; business law
including business organizations, mergers and
acquisitions, contracts and related matters. He has been
with the firm since 1986. |

Susanne Glasser, Associate
Attorney
Ms. Glasser is a graduate of the
University of Minnesota (Bachelor of Arts, 1991) and the
University of Minnesota Law School (J.D., cum laude,
1995). Ms. Glasser was admitted as a member of the
Wisconsin bar in 1995, the Minnesota Bar in 1996, and
the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin
in 2005. Ms. Glasser was nationally board certified as a
civil trial specialist in 2001. Ms. Glasser heads the
litigation division and has extensive and diverse
litigation experience. Her fields of practice include
complex business litigation, contract disputes, property
disputes, construction defect claims, insurance coverage
litigation, landlord-tenant matters, family law, and
general civil litigation. |

Michael W. Plambeck, Associate Attorney
Mr. Plambeck is a graduate of the
University of Minnesota (Bachelor of Arts, cum laude,
1999) and the University of Minnesota Law School (J.D.
2002). Mr. Plambeck was admitted as a member of the
Minnesota Bar in 2002, and the U. S. District Court,
District of Minnesota, in 2003. Since joining the firm
in 2002, his fields of practice have involved a variety
of matters including various business/corporate matters,
business organizations, mergers and acquisitions,
transportation/motor carrier law, real estate,
landlord/tenant, estate planning, civil litigation and
collections. |

Charles A. Delbridge, Associate Attorney
Mr. Delbridge is a graduate of the
University of Wisconsin-Madison (Bachelor of Arts, 2003)
and William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., magna cum
laude, 2006). Mr. Delbridge was admitted as a member of
the Minnesota Bar in 2006, and joined the firm in 2007.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Delbridge’s fields of
practice have included general business matters, estate
planning, real estate, and civil and criminal
litigation.
